SUMMER OUTFIT INSPIRATION
What time is it?! Summertime!! (If you know what movie i'm referencing you're totally awesome). Summer not only brings pool days and constant sunburn, but also adorable outfits. My friends and I got together and came up with 9 easy and cute outfits that are perfect for any hot summer day.
CHILL OUT
Don't wanna stress over what to wear? Throw these on!
Rompers were probably one of the best inventions ever. Shirt and pants in one?! Genius. I love this simple black one because it literally goes with anything! Wear sneakers with it for a simple everyday look or wear a pair of glam sandals to dress it up. Either way, you can't go wrong with a romper!
This outfit is so cute! I'm obsessed with off-the-shoulder tops and this one is so pretty. Throw one on and it looks like you put a lot of effort into your outfit when really it only took you two seconds to put together. Since a shirt like this can be such a statement piece, you can keep the rest of the outfit simple like my friend did here. Add some denim shorts and a simple necklace and you're ready to go!
More of a t-shirt and jeans kind of person? Express yourself by swapping out a plain t-shirt for a graphic one. This one in specific says "ugh" and I think it's so funny and totally relatable! The colored shorts make the outfit far from basic because they give a different vibe than denim shorts do, yet they are just as comfy. Add a choker like my friend did here for an edgier look or keep it simple by wearing a cute necklace or pretty rings.
CUTE & CASUAL
These outfits are all perfect for a day out...whether that's just going grocery shopping or catching up with your besties at lunch!
For this outfit I chose to wear a forest green cropped off-the-shoulder top. Wow that was a mouthful. Since the shirt was cropped, I wore a pair of high-waisted shorts that I DIY-ed a while ago. To keep the outfit casual I wore my white high-top Converse as well as a simple gold choker necklace. If you wanted to dress this outfit up a bit you could add more jewelry and even throw on a pair of heeled booties!
My friend had a more girly outfit with a cute kimono and colored shorts. I love the floral print of the kimono, which really adds a lot to an otherwise simple outfit. She paired it with a simple cropped white t-shirt, burgundy high waisted shorts, and white Keds.
My other friend wore a really pretty flowy black tank top with some lace detailing at the bottom of it. Paired with olive green shorts and Adidas sneakers, this outfit is girly, trendy, and perfect for summer.

Going out tonight? Whether you're going on a date or hitting the town with friends, these outfits are flirty, fun, and perfect for those gorgeous summer nights!
Don't worry, you don't have to wear a flower crown to make this outfit turn some heads. The gorgeous color and style of this high-low dress is perfect for a date! Wearing it with heeled booties dresses it up, but it's not too fancy to wear out to dinner with friends either. I just had to wear my flower crown with this because the colors matched perfectly! But feel free to add your own accessories to it to give the outfit a totally different vibe!
Wanna dress up but still look casual? A simple t-shirt dress is your BFF! Since it's so versatile, it's perfect for all occasions. My friend dressed her dress up a bit by adding heeled booties and a cute flannel, which is also a versatile piece because it serves as a jacket and an accessory if you wrap it around your waist! If you're looking to get a t-shirt dress, try to find one in a neutral color that looks great with your skin tone. That way you'll be able to wear it in different styles with a variety of accessories.
Sometimes summer nights can get a little chilly, but it's a perfect excuse to pull your leather jacket back out of your closet! My friend wore a purple tank top with a low back, which allows for a bralette to peek through if you want to add a flirty vibe to this outfit. Dark skinny jeans will keep you warm on breezy nights but won't leave you melting, and cute sneakers compliment the edginess of the leather jacket. As always, put your own twist on this outfit! Wear heels instead of sneakers and add some delicate jewelry for a tough yet girly look that's perfect for a night out!
